9 months pregnancy, 6 weeks healing, It’s time to really get serious with my workout.
My 3 dilemmas:
Today I started a new morning routine where I included my baby. I smiled at him throughout my breaths and kissed him when I was close enough. He was all giggles. I started an easy flow routine, just to get my body breathing and stretching again. It felt soooo good.
After the yoge flow routine I included my baby in abdominal and arm workout. He was my weight as I lifted him in laughter.
